How do I know the apartment I book will be the one I get?

Playa Bella Apartments Estepona guarantees the apartment you reserve (by phone or online) will be the one assigned to you.
We also ensure the photos on our website accurately represent the apartment.

What is the payment method for booking a rental?

To secure a reservation, we require a 25% deposit via secure bank transfer or credit card payment.
The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Please note that reservations are confirmed only upon receiving the deposit.

What is your cancellation policy?

We offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival receive a full 100% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made 45 days before arrival receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 44 days of arrival forfeit the deposit.

Arrival & Departure.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time for your apartment is 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you require adjustments to these times, please inquire in advance.

Do you allow pets?

Generally, pets are not permitted in our apartments. However, we may consider exceptions upon prior authorization. Please contact us for details.

During Your Stay.

What support do you offer during my stay?
We are available 24/7 to assist you with any concerns or issues that may arise during your stay.

What is the maximum occupancy for your apartments?

Each apartment has a designated maximum capacity that must be respected. We can also provide cribs for children (free of charge) upon request.

Are there any house rules I should be aware of?

Since Playa Bella Apartments are located in a private community, there are some basic co-existence rules to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
You will find a copy of these rules in your apartment upon arrival.

How often is cleaning and linen change provided?

For stays exceeding 10 nights, we provide weekly cleaning and change of linens.
Additional cleaning services are available upon request for an extra charge. Please contact us for pricing information.

What is the minimum stay requirement?

The minimum stay requirement is typically three nights. For shorter stays, please contact us to inquire about availability and prices.

Is there a minimum stay requirement during peak season?

Yes, during July and August, the minimum stay requirement increases to seven nights, unless shorter stays appear available on our booking calendar.
