General Terms and Conditions
- To make a reservation: If the dates you desire are available on the calendar below, you can book directly by clicking on 'ON-LINE BOOKING' or use the form at the bottom of this page to contact us.
- To confirm a reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total booking amount, which can be paid via bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance will be settled upon your arrival. A reservation will not be considered confirmed until the deposit has been transferred.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel free of charge, and 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the check-in date. If the reservation is canceled within 15 days of the check-in date, a 50% refund of the deposit will be provided. Beyond this period, there will be no refund of the deposit. In all cases, there is an administrative processing fee of 40 euros plus VAT
- Payment Methods: We accept final payments in cash, but we do not accept two hundred or five hundred euro bills under any circumstances. We also accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit cards without any additional fees. Any transaction (total rental amount) exceeding one thousand euros must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
- Check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Check-out from: 8 AM to 11PM
- Check-in from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: EXTRA FEE € 30.
- Check-in from 11 PM to 2 AM: EXTRA FEE € 50.
- No check-ins after 2:00 AM
- Non-smoking apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.
- Pets allowed upon request.
